Newly completed architectural project by Modus Architects - Mona House - Extension and conversion of an office building to create modern apartments in the heart of historic Castletown.

We designed alterations to an existing period property to create three apartments within the existing building, including raising the roof level and replacement of the existing timber frame windows with new in uPVC, and designed a two-storey extension to create a further two apartments.
