The Malew Parish Commissioners have released Modus Architects´ masterplan for the public green at Feigh Keign, Ballasalla. Designed by Modus Architects / Jeremy Humphries, the masterplan comprises a large play area with new equipment, a perimeter exercise track and scope for additional amenities in the future. Modus Architects´ design for Feigh Keign offers the town a brand new park, an easily accessible and open public space that will serve as a multi-purpose gathering place and create a new community space for the residents of Ballsalla.
