These are uncertain times, but can reassure you that you can count on Modus Architects. As we continue to navigate the impact of COVID-19, we are working hard to ensure that we operate business as usual, while prioritising the health and well being of our people, our clients and our community.
All methods of communication remain in place. Our office staff have remote access to the company server, and we all have broadband access, which allows us to cover email accounts, WhatsApp messages etc.
Design and Planning Services
We are continuing to work with all our clients with our Design and Planning services via video conferences software.
Technical Design Services
We are continuing to work with all our clients on the Technical Design stage of projects. All of the consultants and specialist suppliers we work with as part of our design chain are now working remotely from home. This enables us to carry out our detailed design process as usual. Video conferences mean that clients can review the designs as they progress.
Site Works
Most of the main contractors that we work with are operating on site.
