Modus Architects has been granted planning approval for a property refurbishment, including a new contemporary entrance porch, cladding, deck, landscaping, and extensive refurbishments and alterations. The new master bedroom will open directly onto a raised garden deck through sliding glass doors. Rain or shine, our clients will be able to enjoy panoramic views of the site's generous garden. 

Planning presented no problems. The Isle of Man planning department was pleased to see us make significant sustainability and liveability improvements to a house that was in desperate need of updating to make better use of the property.
