"The Isle of Man has changed a lot in the +30 years that I have lived here. Many international sports betting and gaming companies are headquartered here, and the Isle of Man has become a tech hub. Increasingly, people are coming here to start a new life. What strikes me is how busy people are and that they want to connect with nature, spend more quality time with friends, enjoy fresh air, adventure, art, things that make us all feel good; they want to make the most of their lives and enjoy a sense of well-being, not just at the weekend but every day. Victoria Humphries qualified as an artist and an interior designer is one of the creative brains behind Modus Architects. Victoria brings her unique creative viewpoint and artistic eye to every architectural project. With a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and a lifetime experience in property, Victoria brings a valuable combination of creativity and commercial insight to project concept development. Whether the project is a garden design, park landscape, interior remodel, office refit, holiday cabin, visitors centre or family home, she tackles each project to ensure that it exceeds expectations being unique, elegant and truly one of a kind.

Victoria had the kind of childhood that truly embraced the beauty of the great, wild outdoors and is inspired by her desire to help people reconnect with nature and enjoy an enhanced sense of wellbeing through the built environment. With a passion for nature, art and architecture, she spends her time creating beautiful, unique art, places and spaces for people in the Isle of Man.
